Personal data collection protocol

I hereby consent to the processing of my personal information by ООО «ВМС-НН» https://windboat.ru/, the user gives ООО «ВМС-НН» (603107, г. Н.Новгород, ул. Заовражная, д. 7Б, пом.13) to process his personal information as specified in the application with the following terms:

1. Consent is given for the processing of personal data, both without and with the use of means of automation.

2. Consent is given to process the following personal data:

• Family name and middle name;
• Contact phone numbers;
• Email addresses;

3. Personal data is not classified as publicly available.

4. The purpose of processing of personal data is – implementation of a set of actions aimed at achieving the goal, including:

• in order to conclude and execute the Agreement for the provision of services;
• in order to comply with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.

5. The basis for processing personal data is Art. 24 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation; Article 6 of the Federal Law №152-FZ «On Personal Data» other federal laws and regulations.

6. During the processing of personal data the following actions will be performed: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction.

7. Transfer of personal data to third parties on the basis of established legislation of the Russian Federation, the agreement involving the User or with the consent of the User. Transfer of personal data to third parties is not carried out.

8. Consent can be withdrawn by the user, by sending a written request to the representative of ООО «ВМС-НН» at the email address network@windboat.ru.
